Store Manager – Kotara

We are seeking a thoughtful, brand-aligned Boutique Manager to lead and inspire our team within our beautifully curated Kotara location, opening this October. In this pivotal role, you will sit at the heart of the space, thoughtfully guiding every detail to create a seamless and unforgettable experience for our community.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Oversee the daily flow of the boutique, setting the standard through leadership and ensuring each client experience is both thoughtful and memorable.
• Mentor and support your team, nurturing confidence and collaboration so each member can flourish while delivering exceptional service and driving operational excellence.
• Curate and manage inventory thoughtfully, maintaining a beautifully presented and organised environment.
• Shape and implement sales strategies that encourage growth and operational success.
• Build authentic customer relationships through meaningful engagement, responding to feedback with professionalism and empathy to ensure a considered and elevated experience.
