Delivery Driver

The role

Some people like every day being different. Others enjoy knowing their route, knowing their customers, and knowing exactly what a good day looks like. If you're the second kind of driver, you'll fit in well at CHILL.

Working from our Yatala depot, you'll deliver chilled and frozen freight across South East Queensland in one of our refrigerated vans. You're responsible for your run from start to finish — making deliveries on time, maintaining the cold chain, completing accurate PODs, and representing CHILL professionally at every stop.

What you'll actually be doing

• Driving a refrigerated delivery van on scheduled customer routes

• Loading and unloading freight safely — manual handling up to 20kg

• Completing pre-trip vehicle inspections every shift

• Recording pickup and delivery temperatures to maintain cold chain compliance

• Capturing accurate proof of delivery using our mobile systems

• Completing manifests and end-of-day paperwork accurately

• Representing CHILL professionally at every customer site

What we're looking for

• Current, valid Australian C-Class Driver Licence or higher

• Right to work in Australia

• Previous delivery driving experience preferred

• Comfortable using smartphones and delivery technology

• Physically capable of regular manual handling up to 20kg

• Reliable — if you commit to a shift, you show up

• Customer-focused — friendly, professional and respectful

• Organised and detail-oriented — temperatures, paperwork and PODs all matter

We don't chase drivers to finish paperwork or remind them to do the basics.
