Sales Administrator

An opportunity has become available for a highly organised and proactive Sales Administrator to join our team in Keilor Park. Supporting our National Sales Team, this role is key to ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of sales activities across Australia.

You will provide administrative and organisational support to the Sales Team while helping maintain accurate sales information, customer records and reporting.

This is a varied role where no two days are the same. You'll work closely with Sales, Marketing, Technical and Management teams to support a range of activities that contribute directly to customer satisfaction and business success.

• Provide sales administration support including reporting, document preparation and correspondence

• Prepare and maintain sales reports, forecasts and budgeting documentation

• Manage and maintain customer data within our CRM system

• Process customer enquiries, quotations and sales orders

• Coordinate sales meetings, customer visits, trade shows and events

• Organise domestic and international travel arrangements

• Distribute leads and customer enquiries to the appropriate sales team members

• Maintain sales documentation and records within company systems

• Assist with presentations and sales-related reporting

• Support continuous improvement initiatives across sales administration processes

• Provide administrative support to the National Sales Manager, Business Unit Managers and Marketing Coordinator

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Experience in Sales Administration, Sales Support, Customer Service or a similar administrative role

• Strong organisational and time management skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• High attention to detail and accuracy

• The ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines

• A proactive and team-focused approach

• A strong customer service mindset

• Confidence working with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook

• Experience using CRM systems and document management platforms such as SharePoint (or similar)

• Experience supporting a B2B sales team

• Experience coordinating events, trade shows or customer meetings

• Basic design skills using Canva, Adobe or similar software

• Experience with C4C CRM
