The Mansfield Park Hotel belongs to a locally owned Piermount Hospitality Group, we offer opportunities for those seeking to further their professional careers in the Hospitality Industry. 

We are looking for a dedicated, reliable and motivated person to support the head chef in all aspects of kitchen operations. Flexible working hours, 25hr - 30hr p/w .Applicants will require a passion for good food, have a hands on approach and the ability to work under pressure. Experience required in a similar role or someone wishing to take their next step in personal development.

Key Responsibilities will be,

• Apply high standard of work ethics at all times and show a high level respect towards fellow employees.

• Ensure that food quality is consistent with hotels high standards.

• Ensure staff follow guidelines and set recipes that ensure consistent standards are achieved

• Ensure that excellent standards of cleaning and hygiene are maintained by all staff in the kitchen.
