Aesthetic Dental Moss Vale is seeking an exceptional Dental Receptionist / Front Office Coordinator to become the face of our practice.

This is more than a reception role. We are looking for a true administrator who will take ownership of our front office, create an exceptional patient experience, and help build one of the Southern Highlands' leading dental practices.

About the Role

As the first point of contact for our patients, you will be responsible for ensuring every interaction reflects the high standards of Aesthetic Dental Moss Vale.

This role requires someone who thrives on organisation, enjoys taking responsibility and can confidently manage a busy front office with professionalism and warmth.

• Has strong computer skills and experience with dental software (preferred).

• A Police check, working with children and current reliable references.

Your Responsibilities

• Managing the daily front office operations.
• Welcoming and assisting patients.
• Scheduling appointments efficiently.
• Managing recalls and patient communications.
• Answering phones and responding to enquiries.
• Processing payments and health fund claims.
• Maintaining accurate patient records.
• Coordinating with dentists and clinical staff.
• Assisting with treatment presentations where appropriate.
• Helping achieve practice goals through exceptional administration.

Pay: $52,880.00 – $86,739.98 per year
