THE POSITION:  

In your position, your day will consist of:

• Engage with customers to understand their automotive needs and preferences

• Maintain excellent knowledge of the Toyota Product and Provide expert guidance on vehicle features, specifications, and options

• Conduct test drives and articulate the unique selling points of each vehicle

• Assist customers through the purchasing process, including financing options

• Managing an order bank while keeping quality contact and status updates to waiting guests.

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to foster repeat business and referrals

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and product knowledge

Sales experience and/or automotive industry would be advantageous, but not essential to this role. The successful applicant will be expected to obtain their licence in motor sales (on the job training)
