Regional Vice President Asia Pacific

We develop machine simulation and learning technologies for ‘all makes’ of equipment manufacturers, ‘all mines’ (surface and underground), and ‘all models’ with the OEM ranges.  Our solutions deliver real and proven results to our customer’s bottom line.

We are seeking a proven leader who can develop and motivate a multi-disciplinary team.  You’ll excel at supporting and coaching your team face-to-face and directly in customer engagements, with the passion and drive to deliver sustainable revenue growth.

What you’ll thrive at:

• Promoting a Vision and Business Plan that guides the long-term strategy and sustainable pipeline and revenue generation for the region.
• Providing leadership, mentorship and coaching to sales and operational employees so they can achieve their best in an empowered and cohesive environment.
• Actively monitoring sales pipelines, regional trends and strategic opportunities to demonstrate ongoing value to customers and maximise sales performance, growth and account retention.
• Ensuring the region achieves agreed sales, revenue and profit targets, across equipment, support and service portfolios, including contract renewals.
• Establishing and further strengthening trusted relationships with customers, Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) and other strategic partners through direct engagement.
• Providing strategic insights and operational feedback to the global RVP group, including attendance at the VP’s leadership forums.
• Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the APAC sales function, including administration, safety, budgeting, governance, risk and compliance.

What you’ll bring:

• Strong people leadership capability.
• Significant sales pipeline development and sales management experience, including service delivery, account management and business development.
• Proven commercial acumen and understanding of how business is conducted in the region.
• Proven track-record in selling complex solutions within technology service and solution delivery, business improvement, mining or enterprise level services, mining equipment or infrastructure management, business applications, or analytics.
• Understanding of operational issues and key business drivers relative to large-scale mining in high-value multiple stakeholder engagements will be highly regarded. 
• Delivering accurate forecasting and disciplined Salesforce management to enable informed, timely business decision-making.

Based in our Head Office located in Osborne Park, Western Australia, you’ll collaborate closely with our Global Head of Sales and Executive Management Team, backed by a diverse group of dedicated professionals across sales, service delivery, operations and corporate administration. 

This position attracts a highly competitive remuneration package, including a quarterly bonus.
