Materials Processing - Sales Engineer

WE’RE HIRING | MATERIALS PROCESSING SALES ENGINEER

Tricon are looking for an experienced and commercially driven Materials Processing Sales Engineer to join our growing team.

This is a senior sales-focused role for someone who understands crushing, screening, washing, conveying and materials processing equipment and knows how to turn technical knowledge into commercially successful solutions for customers.

You’ll work directly with customers across the quarrying, mining, recycling, construction materials and extractive industries, helping them select and configure equipment and processing solutions to improve production, efficiency and profitability.

The role will include:

• Developing new equipment and plant sales opportunities
• Building strong relationships with quarry, mining and recycling customers
• Understanding customer applications, feed materials and production requirements
• Recommending crushing, screening, washing and conveying solutions
• Preparing equipment selections, plant concepts, quotations and proposals
• Conducting site visits and application assessments
• Developing new customers while growing existing key accounts
• Working closely with our OEM partners and internal technical teams
• Following opportunities from initial enquiry through to commissioning and ongoing support
• Taking ownership of sales targets, pipeline development and revenue growth

We’re looking for someone with:

• Experience in crushing, screening, quarrying, mining, recycling or materials processing
• Strong technical knowledge of mobile and/or fixed processing equipment
• Capital sales experience
• A strong commercial mindset and ability to close deals
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• The ability to work independently and actively develop new business
• A willingness to travel and spend time with customers in the field

Experience with crushers, screens, trommels, washing systems, conveyors or complete processing plants would be highly regarded.
