Social Worker – Flexible Hours

Bridge to Understanding is looking for a passionate and compassionate Social Worker to join our growing team.

We work with children, young people and families across early intervention, therapeutic and NDIS supports. We are looking for someone who values family-centred practice and wants the freedom to create a work schedule that fits around their life.

What we are looking for:

• Bachelor of Social Work or equivalent recognised qualification
• Eligibility for AASW membership
• A genuine passion for supporting children, young people and families
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• A strengths-based, neuroaffirming and family-centred approach
• Ability to work independently while being part of a supportive team
• NDIS or early intervention experience is welcomed but not essential
