About the Role

Teys Australia is seeking a 12-month fixed-term Sales Administrator to join our Teys Australia Food Solutions (TAFS) team in Brisbane.

In this role, you'll provide vital sales administration support across key national retail accounts, while gaining valuable exposure to commercial account management and customer relationship activities.

The successful candidate will ensure customer orders, invoicing, reporting and account administration activities are completed accurately and efficiently. As part of a collaborative team, you'll work closely with Sales, Supply Chain, Customer Service and Finance to deliver exceptional customer outcomes

The key responsibilities for this role include:

• Process and maintain customer purchase orders with a high level of accuracy.
• Support customer orders and delivery coordination.
• Manage customer pricing updates and promotional information.
• Investigate and resolve customer claims, deductions and account queries.
• Support debtor management and follow-up of outstanding invoices.
• Present customer and sales reporting.
• Identify and support process improvement initiatives
• Assist with customer meetings, business reviews and presentations.

About YouYou must have the following experience/skills:

• 1-2 years' experience in a Sales Administration, Sales Support or similar FMCG role.
• Strong organisational and administrative skills.
• Advanced Excel capability, including Pivot Tables.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A proactive approach with the ability to take initiative and solve problems.
• Strong analytical and numerical capability.
