Box Hill Institute is seeking an experienced Student Integrity & Complaints Manager to lead student complaints, conduct and integrity matters across the Institute. What you'll do:

• Lead end-to-end investigations into student complaints, misconduct and integrity matters.
• Assess evidence, interview witnesses and prepare high-quality investigation reports and recommendations.
• Manage complex and sensitive cases with professionalism, empathy and procedural fairness.
• Oversee student conduct, complaints and integrity frameworks and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Implement risk-based triage and case management processes.
• Provide expert advice, guidance and training to leaders and stakeholders across the Institute.
• Partner closely with Legal, Child Safety, Workplace Relations and Executive leaders on complex matters.

What You'll Bring

We're looking for a confident and experienced investigations professional who thrives in complex environments and is passionate about delivering fair and evidence-based outcomes.

You will bring:

• Extensive experience in investigations, complaints management, misconduct, integrity, compliance or dispute resolution.
• Demonstrated expertise managing complex casework from intake through to resolution.
• Exceptional communication, stakeholder engagement and report-writing skills.
• Strong judgement, resilience and decision-making capability.
• A sound understanding of complaints management frameworks, risk management and procedural fairness.
• Qualifications in Education, Law, Social Work or a related discipline.
• Investigation qualifications will be highly regarded.
