Salary Band: $115,337.04 - $117,885.04 + Super

Hours: 0.5-0.6 FTE

Contract: Fixed Term until 09/07/2027

About the Role: As the Senior Mental Health Clinician, you will provide assessments, evidence-based interventions, and coordinated care for young people aged 12-25 experiencing mental health challenges. Working within the multidisciplinary headspace team, you will support young people with mild-complex needs, including those at risk of self-harm and suicide, while collaborating with GPs, Psychiatrists, allied health professionals, families, and community services to deliver high-quality, youth-focused care.

Experience Requirements:

• Experience working in youth mental health.

• Supervisory experience

• Experience delivering Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) and other evidence-based psychological interventions for young people experiencing mental illness.

Qualification and Other Requirements:

• Current or willing to obtain a Working with Children's Check (WWCC)

• Current or willing to obtain a National Police Check (NPC)

• Qualified in one of the following disciplines and membership to associated professional body; Psychology, Social Work, Occupational Therapy, or Mental Health Nursing.

• Current and full registration with the appropriate registration authority (AASW, AHPRA). Social Workers applying must have accreditation as a Mental Health Social Worker

• Current Child Safe Environments
