SENIOR INSOLVENCY ACCOUNTANT – BRISBANE CBD / HYBRID – NATIONAL MID-TIER ADVISORY FIRM – DIRECT MENTORSHIP + REFERRAL INCENTIVES + CAREER GROWTH (JOB ID 1472)

Our client is a well-established national advisory firm with specialist expertise across restructuring, recovery, forensic and business advisory services. With more than 250 professionals nationally and a growing Brisbane practice, the firm works with businesses, financiers, legal professionals and stakeholders across a diverse range of insolvency and recovery engagements. 

The Role: 

• Manage small to medium insolvency and restructuring engagements  

• Conduct investigations and solvency analysis  

• Prepare statutory reports and stakeholder communications  

• Liaise with creditors, banks, lawyers and regulators  

• Assist with commercial litigation support matters  

• Analyse financial information and distressed business performance  

• Work directly with Directors and senior leaders on complex engagements  

• Support and mentor junior team members  

About You: 

• 3+ years' insolvency experience  

• CA/CPA qualified or in progress  

• Experience across corporate and/or personal insolvency appointments  

• Strong report writing and analytical skills  

• Knowledge of Corporations Act 2001, Bankruptcy Act 1966 and relevant insolvency legislation 

• Experience with INSOL, Xero and MYOB advantageous  

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
