We are looking for an experienced and passionate Senior Hair Stylist to join our professional and creative team in Perth CBD.

About the Role

As a Senior Stylist, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality hair services, building strong client relationships and contributing positively to the salon team.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough client consultations

• Providing professional cutting, colouring and styling services

• Recommending suitable haircare products and home-care routines

• Maintaining high standards of service, hygiene and presentation

• Managing your appointment schedule efficiently

• Building and maintaining a loyal clientele

• Supporting junior stylists and apprentices when required

• Participating in salon training and education

• Contributing to a positive and professional team environment

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

• A minimum of five years’ professional hairdressing experience

• Strong skills in cutting, colouring, styling and client consultation

• A recognised hairdressing qualification or equivalent experience

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• A professional, reliable and positive attitude

• The ability to work confidently and independently

• A genuine interest in ongoing education and professional development

• Full Australian working rights or eligibility for employer sponsorship

Experience with balayage, blonding, Asian hair, creative colour, perming or advanced cutting techniques will be highly regarded.
