Roots Childcare & Kindergarten is looking for enthusiastic, caring and motivated individuals who are passionate about working with children and want to start a rewarding career in Early Childhood Education.

We are currently offering Childcare Traineeships on both a Full-Time and Part-Time basis.

About the Traineeship

As a Childcare Trainee, you will:

• Gain hands-on experience working with children in a supportive and professional environment.
• Earn while you learn by completing a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care.
• Receive ongoing mentoring and support from experienced educators.
• Build the skills and knowledge needed for a long-term career in the early childhood sector.

Essential Requirements

• A genuine interest in Early Childhood Education.
• Willingness to obtain or hold a Working with Children Check.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to completing a Certificate III qualification.
