Assistant Venue Manager | The Duck Inn

Are you ready to step into a leadership role? Our great local venue The Duck Inn is on the hunt for a new Assistant Venue Manager to join our already established team as we head into our peak season.

As a Manager at The Duck, you’ll collaborate closely with the Venue Manager to oversee and enhance the operations of our multifaceted venue. This is a dynamic opportunity to lead a team, ensure smooth day-to-day operations, and help shape the guest experience.

Essential requirements:

• 2+ years in a similar Management role
• Experience working in a wagering venue; TAB
• Strong Food & Beverage experience 
• Presence on the floor during peak service periods, including late nights and weekends
• Ability to stocktake and investigate the stock loss
• Work with and communicate effectively within a team environment 
• Have a fun outgoing personality with a passion for customer service!
• Ability to work weekends & nights
