This role is ideally suited to pre-service teachers, university students studying education or related disciplines, retired educators/teachers, teacher aides, and professionals with experience supporting children and young people. The Opportunities

We are expanding our team and seeking dedicated, enthusiastic professionals for the following (multiple positions available):

• School term-time role with flexible afternoon hours (approximately 3:00 pm – 4:30/5:00 pm, Monday to Friday)

• Additional hours may be available by mutual agreement

• Will consider contracts (to 3 December 2026), or permanent applicants - Please let us know what you need!

About You

To be successful in these roles, you will bring:

• A genuine passion for supporting young people to learn and succeed

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

• The ability to build positive, respectful relationships with students

• Patience, empathy and the ability to adapt your approach to individual learning needs

• Strong organisational skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a professional team

• Relevant qualifications, current tertiary study, or demonstrated experience in education, tutoring, learning support or a related field

• A current Queensland Working with Children Check (Blue Card), or the ability to obtain one

• A commitment to maintaining a safe, inclusive and supportive learning environment aligned with our values of Faith, Performance and Honour.
