Role OverviewAs an IP Lawyer you will:Advise and act in copyright, patent, trade mark and design disputes.Work on Federal Court and High Court proceedings, gaining exposure to landmark decisions that shape Australian IP lawPartner with clients ranging from innovative startups to global financial institutions and industry leaders in tech, life sciences, media and FMCG
While the group is predominantly litigation-focused, we also run a strong commercial and advisory practice. We welcome applications from lawyers who are intellectually curious, commercially savvy and eager to grow. An IP professional who thrives on challenging the status quo.
About YouWe are looking for someone who is:A 4-7 PQE lawyer, with experience in Litigation and/or Intellectual Property.Excited by the complexity and pace of IP matters, including cross-border disputes and strategic enforcementExperience working with clients who are on the forefront of change and transformationInterested in innovative, market-moving clients, including science, technology, and mediaAcademically strong, ideally with a science or technical background, although not essentialEnergised by testing ideas and making bold choices.
