Job Description

We're looking for a friendly and motivated Parts Interpreter to join our Murwillumbah Branch on a full-time basis.

In this customer-focused role, you'll help customers find the right truck and commercial vehicle parts while providing excellent service and support. Working closely with the branch team, you'll play an important role in keeping operations running smoothly and ensuring customers receive the right solutions when they need them.

What You'll Do

• Assist customers with truck and commercial vehicle parts enquiries
• Identify and source the correct parts using catalogues and computer systems
• Process phone, email and online orders accurately and efficiently
• Provide advice and recommendations on suitable parts and products
• Build strong relationships with customers through excellent service
• Work closely with warehouse and sales teams to ensure orders are fulfilled quickly
• Maintain accurate customer and order records
• Assist with stock control, receipting and inventory management
• Support general branch and customer service activities
• Help resolve parts and compatibility enquiries when required

• Confidence using computer systems and learning new software
• Good attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong time management and organisational skills
• The ability to build positive relationships with customers and colleagues
• A team-focused attitude and willingness to help where needed
• Experience in automotive parts or a genuine interest in the automotive industry (preferred)
• Knowledge of European vehicles is an advantage but not essential
• The ability to work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn
