Our Revesby team is looking for a New Graduate or Early Career Occupational Therapist who is curious, compassionate and excited to learn.
Whether you're fresh out of university or have a little experience under your belt, you'll have the opportunity to work alongside experienced clinicians, build your skills and make a genuine difference to the lives of your clients.
What You'll Be Doing
This isn't a role where every day looks the same.
You'll work in a hybrid working model across clinic and community settings, supporting NDIS participants and community clients to achieve meaningful goals, build independence and get more out of everyday life.

You'll Be Supported To
Complete functional assessments and develop individualised therapy plansDeliver engaging, evidence-based interventionsWork with clients and their families through education and coachingBuild your confidence managing your own caseloadCollaborate with experienced OTs and a broader multidisciplinary teamDevelop your clinical reasoning and professional skillsTake part in regular mentoring, supervision and peer learningGradually build your independence while always having support around you
No one expects you to know everything on day one. You'll have a team around you to ask questions, bounce ideas off and learn from every step of the way.

You'll need:
Bachelor (or equivalent) in Occupational TherapyEligibility for/current AHPRA registrationCurrent Australian Driver's LicenceNDIS Worker Screening Check or willingness to obtainWorking with Children Check or willingness to obtain
