The opportunity As a Game Development Officer, you'll help connect children, families, schools and local communities across Tasmania to Australia's game. This casual role is all about creating fun, safe and inclusive football experiences that help young people be active, build confidence, develop friendships and feel part of something bigger. A core focus of the role is supporting all-girls programs and participation opportunities that help grow confidence, belonging and long-term involvement for girls in football. You don't need to know everything about AFL or have played the game yourself. What matters most is your ability to connect with young people, create welcoming environments and bring positive energy to programs that help kids get active and engaged.
