Brand Trainer – Donut King

Retail Food group is seeking a passionate and energetic Brand Trainer to support our Donut King Franchise Partners through the delivery of engaging, effective brand training.

This role is full-time at 38 hours per week and based at our RFG Training Academy in Mermaid Waters on the Gold Coast!

The Role

We are seeking an experienced Brand Trainer to join our National Training team based at our Training Academy on the Gold Coast. In this role, you will support Donut King Franchise Partners through the delivery of engaging and effective brand training, helping them build capability, maintain brand standards and drive operational consistency across the network.

With a strong focus on Donut King, you will play an important role in delivering training that is practical, brand-aligned and tailored to the needs of Franchise Partners and their teams. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to one of Australia’s most recognised retail food brands while supporting great customer experiences in-store.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and deliver comprehensive Donut King brand training programs across a range of formats, including in-store, face-to-face and Academy-based learning
• Support Franchise Partners and their teams to build operational capability, confidence and consistency in line with Donut King brand standards
• Assess and deliver the brand-specific Recognition of Prior Learning framework, ensuring training outcomes are aligned to required competencies
• Plan and execute training modules for Franchise Partners, store teams and corporate team members, ensuring content is practical, engaging and relevant to the Donut King environment

Skills and Experience

• Demonstrated and current experience as a trainer in a food retailing environment
• Experience in delivering effective training programs
• Strong understanding of and experience with small business owners / franchisees
• Ability to develop, control and manage processes for excellent delivery of brand training standards
• Experience with Microsoft office suite including Teams platform
• Current valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, mobile phone and ability to travel (interstate or locally) as required
