About the role
Data Experts – Utilities Sector | Billing, Migration & Customer Data Platforms
Level Up is engaged on a major Customer Transformation Program for a utilities client, moving key applications across customer, billing and contract data onto a new CRM/billing platform.
We're actively shortlisting data professionals across three related areas of the program:
Data Quality & Remediation — profiling, cleansing and remediating customer data (billing, contracts, metering, contact data) ahead of migrationData Migration — end-to-end migration lifecycle: mapping, dry runs, cutover, reconciliation from legacy systems to the target platformCustomer Data Platform — architecture, data modelling and data product delivery underpinning the new CRM/billing environment
What we're looking for:Strong data delivery background — data quality, data migration, data engineering, data architecture or data governanceUtilities or energy retail sector experience highly valued (billing, metering, customer/contact data domains)Comfortable operating in Agile/hybrid delivery environments, leading or contributing to cross-functional data teamsMelbourne-based preferred, open to discussing flexibility for the right background
