Assistant Strata Manager - Batemans Bay

Regional Strata NSW is a Strata Management company with four offices located on the NSW South Coast and Central West, and currently looking for a motivated and enthusiastic person to join our Batemans Bay team as an Assistant Strata Manager.

The role involves (but not limited to):

• Answering phone and directing enquires

• Responding to email and written communication promptly

• Liaising with contractors and issuing work orders for maintenance issues

• Processing contractor payments and compliance documents

• Review statements and reports

• Prepare meeting agendas and minutes

• Attend meetings to support Senior Strata Manager

• Send notifications to owners

We are looking for a motivated individual, with a positive attitude; someone that is organised and has an eye for detail.  Along with:

• Administration experience

• Computer competency

• Excellent telephone manner and communication skills

• Have a high standard of customer service

• Ability to build and maintain strong business relationships

• Works well under pressure and ability to meet deadlines

• Self-motivated and positive attitude

• Enjoys being part of a team

The role would require the successful candidate to undertake the ‘Certificate IV in Strata Community Management’ course upon employment.  Which offers the opportunity for professional development and growth. 

Hours of operation are Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm
