 About the Role

This is more than a retail sales role. You’ll assist clients with everything from everyday jewellery and meaningful gifts to engagement rings, diamonds and special occasion pieces.

You’ll support the day-to-day operation of the store while providing an exceptional experience to every client.

 Key Responsibilities

· Deliver a friendly, personalised client experience
· Assist clients in selecting silver, gold and diamond jewellery
· Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets
· Guide clients through engagement ring and jewellery consultations
· Maintain exceptional store presentation and visual merchandising
· Assist with stock control and day-to-day store operations
· Support the wider team during busy trading periods

 About You

· Previous jewellery experience is not essential
· A proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets
· Professional, organised and client-focused
· A confident communicator who enjoys building relationships
· Available to work weekends, late-night trading and peak retail periods
· Flexible availability across a part-time or casual roster
