MotorOne Autobody Bendigo is seeking an experienced and motivated Automotive Repair Production Manager to join our growing team.

About the Role

As Production Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily workshop operations, ensuring repairs are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate daily production workflow across the repair team

• Allocate work effectively to maximise productivity and efficiency

• Lead, mentor and support technicians to achieve performance and quality targets

• Maintain a safe, compliant and positive workshop environment

• Ensure all repair processes and procedures are followed correctly

• Conduct vehicle assessments following strip-down and identify additional repairs or parts requirements

• Drive operational efficiency, profitability and customer satisfaction

• Provide technical guidance and support to assist with team development and continuous improvement

About You

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

• Previous leadership experience within an automotive repair or collision repair environment

• Strong knowledge of repair processes and workshop operations

• Exceptional organisational and time management skills

• A commitment to quality workmanship and customer service

• Excellent communication and team leadership abilities

• The ability to work effectively under pressure and manage competing priorities
