Our Gympie Windows & Doors branch specialises in aluminium window and door solutions for residential, architectural homes and commercial projects. We’re seeking a friendly and organised Internal Sales Representative to provide outstanding customer service to clients across Maroochydore and surrounding areas.

The Role

Join our team and become a sales superstar in the windows and doors industry, helping builders and general public make their home builds come to life as you guide them through what G James can offer.

Key Responsibilities

Provide product advice and prepare accurate quotes using V6, in line with Australian Standards, NCC and Design Pressures.Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into sales.Maintain strong product knowledge and deliver excellent customer serviceMeet KPIs for response time, quote accuracy, conversions, budgets and customer satisfaction

About You
