We have an exciting opportunity available for a Manager In Training at our Ingle Farm store in Adelaide.

The role

As a Shiels Manager In Training you will surprise and delight our customers by providing a superior customer service experience and provide strong leadership to your team.

This position will be offered on a permanent full- time basis.

Key responsibilities:

• Provide Leadership in all aspects of the business

• Provide outstanding customer service

• Complete administrative duties as required

• Comply with all company policies and procedures

Essential to your success:

• Minimum 1 year experience in a Manager In Training / Assistant Manager role

• Jewellery experience is not a requirement

• Delivery of a superb customer experience
