This is an exciting opportunity for  Speech Pathology graduates  to kickstart their career in a structured, supportive, and rewarding graduate program commencing  January 2026 . The role offers exposure to a varied caseload across  paediatric and adult clients , focused on assessment, diagnosis, therapy, and management of a range of communication disorders. Whether you choose full-time or part-time, you’ll benefit from:

A  comprehensive induction  into the company, team, and systems. A  staggered caseload  over the first 6 months to ease your transition. Ongoing  one-on-one clinical supervision , weekly team meetings, and mentoring.
