Sous Chef & Chef De Partie

We are seeking well seasoned Sous Chef & Senior CDP to join our team. This position requires passion for food & service excellence and is fantastic opportunity to grow with a very well established hospitality group.

Key Responsibilities:

• Produces a high quality food product at all times.

• Demonstrate superior recipe knowledge for every item on the menu.

• Monitor food quality and quantity as it relates to portion control.

• Monitor all food storage facilities to ensure that proper storage techniques are being used and that the cleanliness standards are being maintained.

• Requisition the appropriate amount of food product in accordance with the established policies and procedures.

• Maintain a harmonious relationship with other members of the service team.

• Comply with all of the established operational policies & procedures.

• Maintain a clean & safe working environment.

• Have a full knowledge of, and practice all of the established occupational health and safety guidelines (OH&S).

• Perform any other duties as directed by the Head Chefs

What we are looking for:

• Min 2 years relevant experience

• A desire to learn and grow

• Hold a trade qualification

• Comprehensive knowledge of food safety standards
