About the role
A Customer Service & Sales Support position at Astley's Building Supplies. You'll be joining a team in a modern, purpose-built facility, serving customers and supporting our sales operations. No building industry experience is required, as full training will be provided.
Key responsibilities
Serving customers with a smile
Assisting customers to find the right products
Learning our computer and sales systems
Answering phone enquiries and taking basic orders
Supporting our sales team
Picking and packing customer orders
Building relationships with customers
