What you'll do

We currently have Permanent Part Time Hospitality Worker positions available at our residential Aged Care sites across Adelaide!

It’s all of that — but it’s also about asking how someone’s day has been, hearing a story they haven’t told in years, or remembering exactly how they take their tea.

We are seeking passionate and caring individuals to join our hospitality team. With great attention to detail, you will make our aged care site sparkle, assist with laundry duties, prepare nutritious meals and serve great food. Most importantly, with a vibrant personality, you will connect and build relationships with our residents, listening to their stories with open and supportive ears.

• Assist with the preparation and serving meals with warmth, creating moments of connection over food
• Ensure our residents enjoy clean, comfortable spaces by assisting with housekeeping and laundry
• Bring joy and dignity to residents, helping them feel at home
• Provide care that goes beyond tasks—listen, connect, and brighten someone’s day
• Provide excellent customer service to our residents
• Work collaboratively within the team to ensure the highest standard of service
• Ensure documentation is completed in an accurate and timely manner

What you'll bring

• Experience working in hospitality or any similar role
• Certificate in Hospitality or similar will be highly regarded
• A resident-focused mindset with the willingness to go that extra mile
• Focus on creating a welcoming environment where everyone feels at home
• Basic understanding of food safety procedures
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with people from diverse backgrounds
• Availability to work early morning/lunchtime/afternoon/evening shifts as required
• Valid National Police check and up to date flu vaccination

If you’ve worked in hospitality, aged care, or a similar role — great. If you haven’t but bring the right energy, attitude, and care — also great.
