Loan Kit Technician

Randstad Sourceright is proud to be partnering with Johnson and Johnson, a leader in the industry. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with an interest in the Pharmaceutical industry, who wants to learn and thrive in a fast paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Carry out kit assembly and dispatch for the local office location and assist with sending stock and instruments to and from interstate to ensure adequate supply and best kit usage around all locations in Australia.

• Effectively assemble orthopedic instrument kits independently and dispatch on daily basis in order of priority and stock availability.

• Keep accurate record of all dispatch and returns to ensure accurate records are maintained.

• Check kit returns and ensure they are visually clean, functional, and accurate against Bill of Materials.

• Liaise with third parties.

Experience:

• Good communications skills to deal with staff, internal and external customers and suppliers

• Attention to detail and a strong customer service orientation

• Ability to work autonomously

• Ability to work effectively within a team environment and work under pressure to meet client deadline

• Graduates in Biomedical Engineering/Biomedical Science
