Full-time Optometrist - recent Grads welcome!

Kevin Paisley Optometrists is looking for a full-time permanent Optometrist to join our busy and close-knit team in Ballarat, VIC.

You'll work alongside our highly skilled team to provide our patients with superior eyecare, and cement our reputation as highly trusted optical destinations in the Goldfields regions; with clinical excellence, expert guidance and curated eyewear creating an experience that sets the standard.

Kevin Paisley Optometrists are well-established optical practices across regional Victoria – we know the local community values their vision, and our role is to provide our patients with expert eye care, and quality eyewear products from our selection of leading designer and independent eyewear brands. 

As an Optometrist with us you'll practice full-scope optometry with the latest optometry equipment, which will allow you to stay focused on exceptional patient care and customer service. You'll be supported by a passionate team including onsite mentoring, and have access to lots of further education opportunities via our CPD program. For Graduate applicants you'll join our New and Recent Graduate Development Program.

About you

• Degree in Optometry and current AHPRA registration

• Full work rights in Australia

• Ability to provide exceptional eye examinations for patients and ability to build rapport and long-term relationships both in practice and in the community

• Confidence to prescribe, recommend and refer (where required) to address patient's needs and concerns

• A collaborative approach to working in a team and fostering a supportive environment

• Excellent communication skills and impeccable personal presentation
