Role: Technical Business Analyst (BA)Overview:Experienced Business Analyst with strong expertise in requirement gathering, stakeholder management, and data analysis. Proven ability to bridge business needs with technical solutions in complex transformation programs.Key Responsibilities:Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document requirementsTranslate business requirements into functional specifications, data requirements, and acceptance criteriaPerform source-to-target mapping and data analysis for system integrationsCreate functional specifications, process flows, and business requirement documentsSupport solution design discussions with technical teamsValidate data mappings and ensure alignment with business rulesFacilitate workshops, requirement walkthroughs, and stakeholder meetingsAssist in UAT planning, execution, and defect trackingSupport issue investigation and resolution during build and testing phasesEnsure traceability of requirements through the project lifecycleSkills:Requirement Analysis & DocumentationData Mapping & Data AnalysisStakeholder ManagementAgile / Waterfall MethodologiesTools & TechnologiesJIRA, ConfluenceExcel and data analysis toolsExperience working with technical specifications and data models (desirable)
