Sales Manager

Federation Fitness – Head Office | Full Time

Federation Fitness is a premium fitness and wellness brand preparing for launch. We are building a structured, performance-driven business with strong systems, leadership, and operational excellence from day one.

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to drive membership growth and lead sales performance across our gym locations, working closely with Head Office and club leadership teams.

This is a pivotal role responsible for membership sales strategy, CRM management, and revenue performance, ensuring strong lead conversion, consistent sales processes, and outstanding member experience across multiple locations.

The Role

Reporting to Head Office, you will lead sales performance and provide commercial and operational support across the business. You will oversee membership sales, CRM management (Clubfit), sales reporting, and performance tracking across gym locations.

You will work closely with both Head Office and gym managers to ensure sales systems and processes are implemented effectively, targets are achieved, and customer service standards are maintained.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Leadership & Revenue Growth

• Drive membership sales performance across gym locations

• Set and monitor sales targets and KPIs for each club

• Analyse sales trends and performance to identify growth opportunities

• Prepare weekly and monthly sales performance reports

• Work with gym managers to improve conversion rates and membership growth

CRM & Sales Systems

• Oversee the effective use of the CRM system (Clubfit) across all locations

• Monitor lead pipelines, follow-ups and conversion tracking

• Ensure accurate sales data entry and reporting across clubs

• Support improvements and automation within the CRM system

• Train and guide teams on best practices for lead management

Sales Operations & Performance

• Monitor membership revenue, retention and arrears

• Track sales activity, lead response times and follow-up standards

• Work with gym managers to optimise pricing strategies and promotions

• Support rollout of new membership offers and sales campaigns

• Ensure consistent sales processes and customer experience across locations

Compliance & Process Standards

• Ensure sales processes follow company policies and documented workflows

• Monitor adherence to membership terms, contracts and policies

• Maintain accurate records of sales activity and customer agreements

• Identify operational risks and escalate issues where required

About You

• 3–6+ years’ experience in a Sales Manager, Membership Manager, or Sales Leadership role

• Strong sales performance and team leadership capability

• Experience managing CRM systems (Clubfit or similar)

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data

• Experience in multi-site operations, fitness, retail or hospitality highly regarded

• Highly organised with strong attention to detail

• Confident communicator able to work with both Head Office and club teams
