About the Role
Do you enjoy variety in your day and love meeting new people? We are looking for a warm, friendly, and professional Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our Ballina clinic.

This is a part time position working three days per week Wednesday, Thursday and Friday where you will play a key role in creating a positive first impression for our patients while supporting the smooth day-to-day operation of the clinic.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver warm and welcoming customer service to our patients.

• Manage appointments and procedures with care and efficiency.

• Handle patient enquiries both in person and over the phone.

• Process patient invoices and documentation with accuracy.

• Maintain a well-organized and professional reception area.

What We’re Looking For:

• 1+ year experience in reception or customer service (healthcare experience is a plus).

• Experience with Best Practice software is highly advantageous.

• Familiarity with Medicare billing processes is preferable.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to multitask and maintain attention to detail.

• A proactive, team-oriented mindset with a professional presentation.

• Flexibility with working hours and a positive, can-do attitude.
