Plumbing & Electrical Operations Manager

We are a growing company with a great culture and a team of 20+ highly motivated plumbers, electricians and roofers. We are looking for an operations manager to help us grow and shape the business.

As Operations Manager you'll be based in our Sydney office and be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring efficient workflows, managing resources, and improving processes to optimise performance and customer satisfaction. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive business KPIs through training, leadership, and process improvements 

• Oversee quoting, pricing structures and job margins

• Overseeing the job scheduling

• Ensure compliance with safety regulations & best practices

• Maintain equipment, stock levels, and supplier relationships

• Handle client concerns and maintain quality assurance

• Daily liaison with the team and foster a positive and productive team culture. 

Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven work experience as an Operations Manager.

• Strong leadership and management skills.

• Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Experience in a trade business or related industry is preferred.

• Proficiency in relevant software and tools.
