We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Full-Time Certificate III Educator to join our team at Mini Masterminds Tallawong (78-place centre).

About The Role

As a Certificate III Educator, you will work as part of a collaborative team to create engaging, play-based learning experiences that support children's learning, development, and wellbeing.

You'll play an important role in building strong relationships with children and families while contributing to a safe, inclusive, and nurturing learning environment.

Key Responsibilities

Support the implementation of engaging educational programsCreate a safe, welcoming, and inclusive learning environmentBuild meaningful relationships with children, families, and colleaguesObserve and document children's learning and developmentWork collaboratively with the team to deliver high-quality education and careEnsure compliance with the National Quality Framework (NQF), National Quality Standards (NQS), and all relevant legislationContribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the centreSupport children's wellbeing and development through meaningful interactions

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and CareCurrent Working With Children Check (WWCC)Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis certificationsCurrent Child Protection training/certificateBasic knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)Excellent communication and teamwork skillsA genuine passion for early childhood education
