Lead service that creates opportunity by:

• Develop and implement new programs and services to new and existing clients

• Lead and development high performing teams to ensure efficient delivery of a range of person centred programs and services

• Overseeing service delivery, innovation and new business opportunities to strengthen outcomes.

• Building strong partnerships with families and community stakeholders.

• Ensuring accurate and timely intake, onboarding, billing and reporting processes.

• Upholding compliance in safeguarding, WHS, incident management and audits.

Why we want you: 

• Tertiary qualification, minimum Certificate IV in Community Services

• 3+ years experience in a leadership role, ideally across disability services.

• Strong commercial mindset with experience managing P&Ls, reporting and performance outcomes.

• Proven ability to lead teams through growth, change and continuous improvement.

• A hands on, proactive leader who gets involved, challenges current education pathways and drives new ideas!
