• A team of 4 GPs (2 male and 2 female doctors)
• Strong community reputation with a loyal patient base
• Patients often spanning three generations of the same family
• Approximately 60 new patients per month
• Full nursing support
• Onsite pathology services
• Convenient onsite parking

Strong Business Performance

• Average billings per consulting hour: $360
  • Typical range: $276–$480/hour
• Average patient volume: 4–5 patients per hour
• Patient demographics are evenly distributed across age groups

The practice currently operates under a mixed billing model and is planning a transition towards universal bulk billing to further accelerate patient growth.
