Sales Representative

Full-Time | $70K Base + Uncapped Commission + Bonuses

This is a highly rewarding sales opportunity, with a commission and bonus structure designed to recognise and reward high performance.

With strong sales results, the successful candidate has the potential to earn $170,000+ per year.

The Role

Your responsibilities will include:

• Answering the phone and responding to customer enquiries and understanding their requirements.

• Managing the Sales Mailbox

• Providing customers with the right trailer or chassis solution.

• Following up leads, quotes and opportunities to convert enquiries into sales.

• Managing the customer relationship from initial enquiry through to delivery and post-sale follow-up.

• Preparing quotes and confirming customer requirements and specifications.

• Managing orders from confirmation through invoicing, payment and handover.

• Following up outstanding payments and ensuring final payment is received before delivery.

• Working closely with the Design Team to develop customer-specific plans and drawings.

• Sending plans to customers for approval and clearly communicating any changes.

• Keeping customers updated throughout the build process, including progress and expected completion dates.

• Working closely with Production, Design, Administration and Management to ensure smooth customer experience.

• Organising and completing customer handovers.

• Following up customers after delivery to ensure they are happy with their purchase and requesting feedback and reviews.

• Maintaining strong relationships with existing customers and identifying future sales opportunities.

• Reporting sales activity, customer feedback, pipeline progress and opportunities to the Director and General Manager.

• Participating in weekly sales meetings and providing updates on enquiries, pipeline and opportunities.

• Creating and contributing to social media content, including short-form videos, photos and customer/delivery content to help promote Roadking Chassis and our products.
