Medical Receptionist

About the role
An established Medical Practice is seeking a friendly medical receptionist to join our team in Bungendore, NSW. As a vital member of our healthcare team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to our patients and practitioners.

What you'll be doing

• Greeting and welcoming patients to the practice in a warm and friendly manner
• Efficiently scheduling appointments and managing the booking system
• Handling patient inquiries and providing information about our services
• Ensuring medical records are accurately maintained and updated
• Assisting with the general administrative tasks of the practice

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with patients, practitioners and other staff members
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to multitask

Job Types: Part-time, Casual

Pay: $30.00 – $35.00 per hour
