At BeFit Training Physiotherapy, we help clients progress beyond short-term injury recovery. We are looking for a Physiotherapist to join our Edgecliff clinic, with excellent professional development and genuine opportunities for long-term career progression within BeFit.

We are looking for someone who wants to continue learning, develop as a high-performing physiotherapist and potentially grow into a leadership role as BeFit expands.

As a Physiotherapist at our Edgecliff clinic, you will:

• Assess and treat clients with a range of musculoskeletal conditions

• Develop individualised rehabilitation and treatment programs

• Deliver manual therapy where clinically appropriate

• Prescribe exercise-based rehabilitation

• Develop strength and conditioning programs

• Provide patient education and self-management strategies

• Support clients through injury rehabilitation and return to activity or sport

• Work collaboratively with the wider BeFit team

• Have opportunities to work with performance testing and technology including force plates, VO₂ Max testing and DEXA

This is a full-time physiotherapy position, with a 4-day working week option available.

Importantly, we do not operate with individual treatment KPIs or minimum patient targets. Our focus is on delivering high-quality care and developing excellent clinicians.

You will need:

• Current AHPRA registration as a Physiotherapist

• Eligibility to work in Australia

• An interest in private practice and musculoskeletal physiotherapy

• Strong communication and patient-care skills

• A commitment to ongoing professional development

• An interest in exercise rehabilitation and strength and conditioning

• At least 1 year of private practice physiotherapy experience

• ASCA Strength & Conditioning accreditation

• An interest in sports physiotherapy and return-to-sport rehabilitation

• Experience or interest in performance testing, force plate assessment and VO₂ Max testing

We are also open to hearing from an exceptional new graduate physiotherapist who is looking for a highly supported environment in which to develop.

BeFit Training Physiotherapy is a physiotherapy, rehabilitation and performance practice in Sydney’s Eastern Suburbs, with clinics in Edgecliff and Coogee.
