About The Role...

We are currently seeking experienced, service-focused Public Area Attendants for Citadines Walker in North Sydney. It is a 252 room hotel including a restaurant, meeting rooms, business centre, executive lounge and gymnasium. It is in proximity to key public transportation including a train station and bus station.

Part Time opportunities are available to the right candidates. Both morning (5.30am-11.30am) and afternoon/evening (2pm-8pm) shifts are available.

Reporting to the Housekeeping Supervisor/ Manager, you will be responsible for the cleaning of the Hotel Public Areas. Assisting the room Attendants as requested and delivering Guest requests. You will also be required to maintain guest room pantries and ensure all equipment is in clean working order. Additionally, you will help answer guest requests and assist where possible.

About You...

You will have a friendly and enthusiastic attitude, with the ability to have positive involvement and interaction with both guests and the overall Hotel team.

You must have at least 4 days availability to work over a rotating roster.
