Strata Management

Our office is a small boutique strata company that employs a team of passionate & dedicated professionals who are committed to providing industry leading strata management services.  Servicing the Illawarra and surrounds, we are looking for our next superstar who is ready to take the next step in their career or start a new rewarding career within the Strata industry.

Based in our modern office, you will use your positive client focused attitude and service a portfolio of clients and complete essential administration functions.

The roles and responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Preparation of meeting notices and minutes.

• Updating of information and completion of tasks after Annual General Meeting (AGM)

• Filing and indexing of documents in DMS.

• Preparing financial statements and budgets for small to medium sized buildings up to 40 units.

• Various functions and duties including property inspections and reports

• The ability to work after hours on week days to accommodate clients expectations with meetings or emergency works on occasion when required. 

• Liaising with trades people and providing work orders and quote requests.

• Any other function deemed appropriate by the Director in an assisting capacity to service our Strata Management Clients.

• We are a team that all work together to ensure our clients needs are met.

The successful candidate will have a well organised and efficient work ethic and be passionate about the business, personal growth & success. 

Strong People skills and the ability to put someone else first to ensure client satisfaction, as well as strong computer skills are both essential elements to this role. Knowledge of Outlook and StrataMax software is definitely an  advantage.
