Working closely with clients, project teams, and technical consultants, you will leverage your deep functional expertise to deliver business outcomes and trusted advice. This is an excellent opportunity for a consultant who enjoys working in a project-driven environment, partnering with customers to solve complex asset management challenges and deliver successful SAP transformations.Your tasks and responsibilities:Lead and deliver both SAP EAM and Manufacturing workstreams across implementation, upgrade, enhancement, and transformation projects.Facilitate workshops to gather, analyse, and document business requirements.Design and configure SAP EAM and PP solutions aligned with business needs and industry best practices.Prepare functional specifications and collaborate with technical teams on custom developments and integrations.Support testing activities including SIT, UAT, and defect resolution.Assist with cutover planning, go-live activities, and hypercare support.Provide expert guidance on maintenance management, asset performance, work management, notifications, and master data.Build strong client relationships and act as a trusted advisor throughout project delivery.Mentor junior consultants and contribute to the growth of DyFlex's EAM capability.Your qualifications and experience:5-10 years of SAP EAM and PP functional consulting experience.Proven experience delivering SAP EAM/PP projects across the full project lifecycle.Strong configuration and business process knowledge within both SAP EAM and PP.Experience facilitating workshops and engaging with stakeholders at all levels.Strong understanding of manufacturing, maintenance and asset management processes.Experience preparing functional specifications and working with development teams.Excellent communication, presentation, and documentation skills.Ability to work independently while contributing to a highly collaborative team environment.Willingness to travel occasionally within New Zealand and Australia as required.What we offerWork with SAP’s latest technologies on cloud such as S/4HANA, BTP and JouleA flexible and supportive work environment including the ability to work from anywhere in Australia or New ZealandCompetitive remuneration and benefits including novated lease, birthday leave, salary packaging, wellbeing programme, additional purchased leave, and company-provided laptopComprehensive SAP training and certificationsJoin a renowned organisation delivering projects to some of APAC's leading enterprisesDyFlex is committed to providing a safe, flexible and respectful environment for staff free from all forms of discrimination, bullying and harassment.
