About the Roles
Grampians Health is calling for passionate recently graduated or early career Speech Pathologists to join our dynamic Speech Pathology team. As a part of our holistic care approach, we’re dedicated to fostering your career development, supporting ongoing professional development and delivering innovative care to our regional communities.
As the Grade 1 Speech Pathologist in our Rotation Program you will be responsible for an adult and paediatric caseload and will work in a variety of rotational programs, including acute inpatients, subacute inpatients, community, aged care, school readiness funding and specialist outpatient clinics. This role involves working predominantly across our Horsham campuses of Grampians Health.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage a rotational adult and paediatric caseload across multiple settings
• Provide clinical assessment, treatment, and support
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team
• Participate in supervision and professional development
• Contribute to service improvement and quality initiatives
• Engage in community and outreach activities
