We're seeking a passionate, professional Chef de Partie to join our growing kitchen team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Chef de Partie or a Commis Chef ready to step up. To develop their skills in a fast-paced, quality-driven environment alongside a supportive, talented team.

About the Role
You'll manage your section, maintain high food quality and presentation standards, and support the Head Chef in delivering a consistent, efficient service.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage your assigned section, preparing and presenting dishes to a consistently high standard

• Maintain portion control, food safety, and hygiene standards

• Keep your section clean, organised, and safe

• Assist with stock control, ordering, and minimising waste

• Support and mentor junior team members

• Contribute to menu development and seasonal specials

• Work collaboratively with the team during service

About You

• Experience as a CDP, or an experienced Commis.

• Strong knowledge of food prep techniques and kitchen operations

• Ability to work efficiently under pressure

• Excellent organisational and time management skills

• Relevant culinary qualifications preferred

• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
