D365 Developer

We are seeking a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer to join our team for an initial 3 month contract to support a high-profile digital transformation initiative. You will work within an Agile delivery team responsible for enhancing and extending an enterprise-scale Dynamics 365 solution used to support critical business operations.
This role offers the opportunity to work across end-to-end solution delivery including design, development, integration, testing, deployment, and knowledge transfer activities.
Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop, configure, and customise Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions.Design and implement enhancements to existing CRM and case management capabilities.Develop custom workflows, plug-ins, integrations, and business processes.Build and maintain integrations between Dynamics 365, Azure services, SharePoint, and third-party platforms.Develop and consume REST APIs and Web Services.Contribute to solution design, technical specifications, and deployment planning.Implement automated testing and support CI/CD delivery practices.Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to development standards.Produce technical documentation and support knowledge transfer activities.Collaborate closely with Business Analysts, Project Managers, Testers, and Solution Architects.
Essential Skills & ExperienceTo be successful in this role, you will have:3+ years' experience developing Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions.Strong experience configuring and customising Dynamics 365 applications.Hands-on development experience with:C#.NET / ASP.NETJavaScriptHTML/CSSExperience developing Dynamics CRM custom workflows and plug-ins.Strong understanding of REST APIs and Web API development.Experience with Azure integration services and cloud technologies.Experience using Azure DevOps or VSTS for source control and delivery management.Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines for Dynamics 365 solutions.Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Desirable ExperienceHighly regarded experience includes:Dynamics 365 Customer Service, Field Service, or Marketing modules.Dynamics 365 reporting solutions and data integration.SharePoint integration and document management solutions.Enterprise-scale CRM or case management platforms.Experience working within Agile delivery environments.Exposure to government, healthcare, regulated, or large enterprise environments.
